Hammond GRDKIT01 12 in 10 AWG Bonding Wire Kit, Two Jumpers

The GRDKIT01 is a ground wire kit with two 12 in (305 mm) 10 AWG bonding jumpers. It is used to bond doors, side panels and other components of a rack cabinet or enclosure to ground, and it includes everything needed to fit the jumpers to either 1/4-20 or 10-32 ground studs.

Each jumper is Green w/ Yellow Stripe, Type 10 AWG TEW/MTW tinned cable, terminated at both ends with crimped-on 10 GA ring terminals for 1/4" and #10 studs. The terminal hole is 0.256 in in diameter (the ordering table rounds this to 0.26 in / 7 mm). These are fixed ring terminals; the GRDKIT01 does not use quick disconnecting terminals.

The drawing lists the hardware supplied with the kit:

• 4 each #10-32 x 3/4" screws, #10-32 locking nuts, #10 locktooth washers and #10 flat washers
• 4 each 1/4"-20 x 1/2" screws, 1/4"-20 locking nuts, 1/4" locktooth washers and 1/4" flat washers
• 6 1/4-20 thread cutting screws (panel to panel)

Stick-on grounding symbols are included, two for each jumper. The kit is TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, manufactured in North America, and REACH and RoHS compliant. Shipping weight is 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg).
