Hammond GRDKIT05 22 in Quick Disconnect Door Ground Wire, 10 AWG

The GRDKIT05 is a rack cabinet ground kit with a single 22 in (559 mm) 10 AWG bonding wire and a quick disconnect terminal. It is laid out to bond a cabinet door to the cabinet frame: the drawing shows a door side of 8.25 in (215.9 mm) and a cabinet side of 14.25 in (362.0 mm), joined by the disconnect.

The wire is Green w/ Yellow Stripe, Type 10 AWG TEW/MTW tinned cable with crimped-on 10 GA ring terminals at both ends for 1/4" and #10 studs. The terminal hole is 0.256 in diameter (0.26 in / 7 mm in the ordering table). The 0.25 x 0.032 quick disconnect has male and female ends, so the connection can be separated at the terminal. The drawing's overall length is 571.5 mm [22.50 in].

Hardware per the drawing is 2 each of #10-32 x 3/4" screws, #10-32 locking nuts, #10 locktooth washers and #10 flat washers, plus 2 each of 1/4"-20 x 1/2" screws, 1/4"-20 locking nuts, 1/4" locktooth washers and 1/4" flat washers. Stick-on grounding symbols are included.
