The H1BS3048WH is a solid bottom panel from the Hammond H1B Series, designed specifically for H1 cabinet frames measuring 30 in or 31.5 in wide by 48 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that data centre, IT and AV teams can manage airflow properly, while still allowing cables to pass through six pre-formed knockouts.
Construction is 14 gauge mild steel finished in RAL9003 white powder paint coat (the drawing specifies a painted white texture finish). The paint finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the panel is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases. It is manufactured in North America.
Overall panel dimensions are 41.86 in (1063 mm) by 32.36 in (822 mm), with formed detail dimensions of 27.50 in (698 mm), 15.00 in (381 mm), 5.50 in (140 mm) and 3.52 in (89 mm), and a material thickness of 0.07 in (2 mm). Six 4.00 x 7.00 inch knockouts provide cable entry where needed; knockouts that are not used stay in place to help maintain a sealed base for airflow management.
