Hammond H1BS2448BK 24W x 48D Solid Cabinet Bottom Panel, Black

The H1BS2448BK is a solid bottom panel from the H1B Series, made specifically for H1 cabinet frames measuring 24 in wide by 48 in deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that data centre, network and AV installers can manage airflow properly, while pre-formed cable entry knockouts keep power and data pathways tidy. It suits IT and facilities teams building out enclosed cabinets, as well as integrators finishing a frame-only cabinet order.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel with a nominal panel thickness of 0.07 in (2 mm), finished in RAL9005 black textured powder paint. The paint finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the panel is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases. It is manufactured in North America (country of origin: CA).

The panel measures 32.36 in (822 mm) by 41.86 in (1063 mm) per the drawing, and ships at 17.1 lbs (7.76 kg). Six 4.00 x 7.00 in knock-out cable entries can be removed as needed for bottom cable and power routing, and the panel carries 24 knock-out holes of 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter plus eight 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter holes.

Mounting hardware is supplied in the box: six 8-32 clip nuts with a black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc-plated machine screws, available separately as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. A matching white version, H1BS2448WH, is offered in the same series if the cabinet is finished in RAL9003 white.
