Hammond GRDKIT02 16 in 10 AWG Bonding Wire Kit, Six Jumpers

The GRDKIT02 is a six-wire bonding kit with 16 in (406 mm) 10 AWG jumpers, the longest cables among the fixed-terminal kits in the series. It is meant for bonding multiple doors, panels and components of a rack cabinet or enclosure back to ground in one order.

Every jumper is Green w/ Yellow Stripe, Type 10 AWG TEW/MTW tinned cable with crimped-on 10 GA ring terminals at both ends, sized for 1/4" and #10 studs. The terminal hole is 0.256 in in diameter (0.26 in / 7 mm in the ordering table). Terminals are fixed; the kit has no quick disconnects.

According to the drawing, the kit includes 12 each of #10-32 x 3/4" screws, #10-32 locking nuts, #10 locktooth washers and #10 flat washers, plus 12 each of 1/4"-20 x 1/2" screws, 1/4"-20 locking nuts, 1/4" locktooth washers and 1/4" flat washers. That covers both 1/4-20 and 10-32 ground studs.

Stick-on grounding symbols are supplied, two for each jumper, to mark bonding points clearly. The GRDKIT02 is TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, manufactured in North America, and REACH and RoHS compliant. Shipping weight is 1 lbs (0.45 kg).
