Hammond ERP3024 30x24 Rack Rail Mounting Panel for Eclipse

The ERP3024 is a rack rail mounting panel for the 30 x 24 in Eclipse enclosures, which have the widest choice of depths in the ERP buying guide. It adds EIA-310 19-inch rack mounting capability to a compatible Eclipse enclosure using HLPUR rack rails, so integrators can mount switches, patch panels, industrial computers and communications equipment inside an electrical enclosure.

The ERP matches the H x W of the enclosure. The ERP3024 is listed for the 12, 16, 20 and 24 in deep 30 x 24 EN4SD enclosures in mild steel (ANSI 61 Gray or RAL7035 Light Gray) and stainless steel versions. It is also listed for the ST302412SS sloped-top 304 stainless steel solid-door enclosure (A1 30.00 in (762 mm), A2 34.30 in (871 mm), B 24.00 in (610 mm), C 12.00 in (305 mm)) with the HLP4UFR 4U rail. Compatible rails by enclosure depth: 12 in deep: HLP2UR and HLP4UFR; 16 in deep: adds HLP6UFR; 20 and 24 in deep: adds HLP8UFR.

Per the part drawing, the ERP3024 is sold in pairs: each set contains two 30" ECLIPSE MTG RAIL rails, four 5/16 in ZP flat washers and four 5/16-18 hex nuts, and mounting hardware for the Eclipse series is included. The rails are painted black textured; the series specifies a RAL 9005 black powder coat. The drawing shows an Eclipse mounting space of 27.19 in (691 mm) and an overall length of 28.17 in (716 mm), with maximum rail depths of 10.00 in (4U), 14.50 in (6U) and 18.50 in (8U).

It mounts directly to the factory panel studs at the rear of the enclosure with no enclosure modifications, can be installed with or without an interior mounting panel, and supports vertical, angled or door-facing equipment positions. It maintains the enclosure's UL, CSA and NEMA ratings when field installed according to Hammond recommendations. The HLPUR rails are sold separately.
