The EN4SD603612SSWH is the tallest size in the painted white Eclipse wallmount line: a 60 in high, 36 in wide, 12 in deep Type 4X enclosure for panel builders, electricians and OEM engineers who need to house large electrical or electronic control assemblies on a wall in harsh, industrial environments.
The body is formed from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth, then finished inside and out in recoatable smooth RAL 9003 White powder coating. A formed lip on the enclosure excludes flowing liquids and contaminants, and a seamless poured-in place gasket seals the door. The door is secured by a 3 point handle in 316 stainless with a pad lockable feature, hung on stainless steel hinges and hinge pins, and can be removed for modifications; doors are interchangeable.
Per the drawing, the door opening measures 34.33 in wide by 58.31 in high and the door itself is 35.97 x 59.97 in. The matching optional inner panel, EP6036, is 58.20 x 34.20 in and mounts on the collar studs provided. A bonding stud on the door and a grounding stud in the enclosure simplify grounding.
For wall installation the drawing shows 0.50 in diameter mounting holes on 34.50 x 58.50 in centres, and a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for the wall mounting holes is included. Shipping weight is 162 lbs (73.48 kg).
The EN4SD603612SSWH carries UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12 ratings, complies with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66, and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
