Hammond EN4SD423612SSWH 42x36x12-Inch White 304 Stainless Type 4X Enclosure

The EN4SD423612SSWH is a 42 in x 36 in x 12 in (1,067 mm x 914 mm x 305 mm) Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure in 304 stainless steel, powder coated white. It gives panel builders and facility electricians a tall 36 in wide cabinet for electrical and electronic equipment that must be protected against harsh, industrial environments, with the look of a white painted enclosure.

It is formed from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth, and a formed lip excludes flowing liquids and contaminants. Cover and enclosure are finished in recoatable smooth RAL 9003 White powder coating inside and out. The door is secured with a 3 point handle in 316 stainless steel with a padlockable feature, seals on a seamless poured-in place gasket, and hangs on stainless steel hinges and hinge pins. Door stiffeners are provided where required, and doors are removable and interchangeable.

The drawing lists a 34.41 in x 40.28 in door opening, a 35.97 in x 41.97 in door and 30.65 in x 37.88 in of clear space available on the door. Wall mounting holes are 0.50 in diameter on 34.50 in x 40.50 in centres, and the included hardware kit supplies panel mounting nuts and sealing washers. Collar studs accept the optional EP4236 inner panel, 40.20 in x 34.20 in (1021 mm x 869 mm).

The EN4SD423612SSWH is UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12 and complies with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IP66. A bonding stud is fitted on the door and a grounding stud in the enclosure. It ships boxed at 121 lbs (54.88 kg).
