Hammond EN4SD483612SSWH 48x36x12-Inch White 304 Stainless Type 4X Enclosure

The EN4SD483612SSWH is a 48 in x 36 in x 12 in (1,219 mm x 914 mm x 305 mm) Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure in 304 stainless steel with a white powder coated finish. Its large face and 12 in depth suit sizeable control assemblies of electrical and electronic equipment that need protection against harsh, industrial environments, where a white enclosure matches the surroundings.

The body is formed 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth, and a formed lip excludes flowing liquids and contaminants. Cover and enclosure are finished in recoatable smooth RAL 9003 White powder coating inside and out. The hinged door locks with a 3 point handle in 316 stainless steel with a padlockable feature, seals on a seamless poured-in place gasket, and hangs on stainless steel hinges and hinge pins. Door stiffeners are provided where required, and doors are removable and interchangeable.

According to the drawing, the door opening is 34.41 in x 46.32 in, the door is 35.97 in x 47.97 in, and 30.65 in x 43.88 in of clear space is available on the door. Wall mounting holes are 0.50 in diameter on 34.50 in x 46.50 in centres, and a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers is included. The optional EP4836 inner panel measures 46.20 in x 34.20 in (1173 mm x 869 mm) and mounts on the collar studs.

The EN4SD483612SSWH is UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12, complies with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. It ships in a box at 146 lbs (66.22 kg).
