The EN4SD363010S16 is a large 36 x 30 x 10 in (914 x 762 x 254 mm) Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure in 316 stainless steel. It is designed to enclose electrical and electronic equipment and protect it against harsh industrial environments, offering panel builders a big mounting area in a corrosion-resistant grade.
The body is formed 14 gauge 316 stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth, a formed lip that excludes flowing liquids and contaminants, and a seamless poured-in-place gasket. The hinged door uses hidden hinges with stainless steel hinge pins and Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns. Cover and enclosure have a natural, smooth brushed stainless finish.
The drawing lists a 34.49 x 28.49 in door opening, 10.70 in inside depth, 10.87 in depth including the door, 34.00 x 28.00 in of clear space on the door and 0.50 in rear mounting holes on 34.50 x 28.50 in spacing. Because this enclosure is wider than 24 in (600 mm), an inner panel is required to maintain UL/CSA; the EP3630 panel (34.20 x 28.20 in) mounts on collar studs provided.
Ratings are UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12, with compliance to NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP 66. A mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. A hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for the wall holes is included. Shipping weight is 84 lbs (38.10 kg). EN4SD363010SS is the 304 version.
