The EN4SD362410S16 is a tall 36 x 24 x 10 in (914 x 610 x 254 mm) Eclipse Series enclosure in 316 stainless steel for wallmount applications. Designed to enclose electrical and electronic equipment and protect it against harsh industrial environments, its portrait shape gives plenty of vertical layout space without taking more than 24 in of wall width.
The enclosure is formed 14 gauge 316 stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth, a formed lip to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants, and a seamless poured-in-place gasket. The hinged door uses hidden hinges with stainless steel hinge pins and Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns. Cover and body share a natural, smooth brushed stainless finish.
The drawing gives a 34.49 x 22.49 in door opening, 10.70 in inside depth, 10.84 in depth including the door and 34.00 x 22.00 in of clear space on the door. Rear mounting holes are 0.50 in diameter on 34.50 x 22.50 in spacing. The optional EP3624 inner panel (34.20 x 22.20 in) mounts on collar studs, and a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for the wall holes is included.
The enclosure is UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12 and complies with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP 66. A mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. Shipping weight is 59 lbs (26.76 kg). EN4SD362410SS is the 304 version.
