Hammond EN4SD303010S16 30x30x10 Type 4X 316 Stainless Wallmount Enclosure

The EN4SD303010S16 is a square 30 x 30 x 10 in (762 x 762 x 254 mm) Eclipse Series enclosure in 316 stainless steel for wallmount use. It is designed to enclose electrical and electronic equipment and protect it against harsh industrial environments, giving panel builders a large, even mounting area in a corrosion-resistant grade.

Formed 14 gauge 316 stainless steel is continuously welded with seams ground smooth, and a formed lip excludes flowing liquids and contaminants. The door seals on a seamless poured-in-place gasket and uses hidden hinges with stainless steel hinge pins and Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns. Cover and enclosure are natural stainless with a smooth brushed finish.

The drawing shows a 28.49 x 28.49 in door opening, 10.70 in inside depth, 10.84 in depth including the door, and 0.50 in rear mounting holes on 28.50 x 28.50 in spacing; clear space on the door is dimensioned at 28.00 and 24.65 in. Because the enclosure is wider than 24 in (600 mm), an inner panel is required to maintain UL/CSA. The matching EP3030 panel is 28.20 x 28.20 in and mounts on the collar studs provided.

It is UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12 and complies with NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP 66; a mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. A hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and wall-hole sealing washers is included. Shipping weight is 74 lbs (33.57 kg). The 304 version is EN4SD303010SS.
