The EN4SD30208SS is a tall, narrow Eclipse Series wallmount enclosure measuring 30 in high x 20 in wide x 8 in deep (762 x 508 x 203 mm). Made from 304 stainless steel, it is intended to enclose electrical and/or electronic equipment and guard it against harsh, industrial conditions on a wall.
The body has continuously welded seams ground smooth and a formed lip to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants, sealed by a seamless poured-in place gasket. The single hinged door uses Type A stainless steel slotted quarter turns and stainless steel hinge pins, and it is removable and interchangeable. Door swing can be reversed with adapter kit EHLLSAK. Cover and enclosure are natural stainless steel with a smooth brushed finish.
Drawing dimensions show an 18.49 in x 28.49 in door opening (W x H), 18.00 in x 28.00 in of clear space available on the door, and an inside depth of 8.70 in. Ø 0.50 in wall mounting holes are provided, along with a hardware kit of panel mounting nuts and sealing washers.
No inner panel is included. The optional EP3020 panel measures 28.20 in (716 mm) x 18.20 in (462 mm) and fastens to the collar studs inside. This size is listed in 304 stainless only. Standards: UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12, NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, and IEC 60529 IP 66; a mounting foot kit is required to maintain UL/CSA external mounting requirements. Shipping weight is 53 lbs (24.04 kg).
