The EN4SD242410WSS is the 24 x 24 x 10 in Eclipse Series window-door wallmount enclosure in 304 stainless steel. As a 24x24 in size it is formed from heavier 14 gauge material, giving a larger square viewing area for control panels, instrumentation and automation equipment that needs to stay visible while sealed.
The enclosure is formed from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth and a natural brushed finish on both cover and body. A full view, UV resistant polycarbonate window gives maximum viewing area of the inner panel. Hidden stainless steel hinges with stainless hinge pins carry the door, and the quarter turn latches require a tool to open. A seamless poured-in place gasket and a formed lip on the enclosure help exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
It measures 24 x 24 x 10 in (610 x 610 x 254 mm). The drawing shows a 22.49 x 22.49 in door opening, wall mounting holes on a 22.50 x 22.50 in pattern and a 10.84 in overall depth. The optional EP2424 inner panel is 22.20 x 22.20 in (564 x 564 mm). Shipping weight is 40 lbs (18.14 kg), packed in a box.
Installation details include collar studs for the inner panel, a hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for the wall mounting holes, a bonding stud on the door and a grounding stud in the enclosure. Doors are removable for modification and interchangeable. Ratings: UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X and 12, NEMA Type 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, and IEC 60529 IP66 (UL File E65324, CSA LR21001).
