Hammond EN4SD161210LG 16x12x10 In Type 4 Wallmount Enclosure, Light Gray

The Hammond Eclipse Series EN4SD161210LG is a compact 16 x 12 in single-door wallmount enclosure with a 10 in depth, rated NEMA Type 3R, 4 and 12 and finished in RAL 7035 Light Gray. It is designed to enclose electrical and/or electronic equipment and protect it against harsh, industrial environments in wallmount applications. The compact 16 x 12 in face with a generous 10 in depth suits small control or junction applications where deeper devices must fit behind the door.

The body is formed from 16 gauge steel with smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth, and a formed lip on the enclosure excludes flowing liquids and contaminants. A seamless poured-in-place gasket seals the door, which hangs on hidden 304 stainless steel hinges with stainless steel hinge pins. This size uses latch Type A (slotted quarter turns). Cover and enclosure are phosphatized and powder finished inside and out in RAL7035 textured light gray (LG).

Enclosure dimensions are 16.00 in (406 mm) high x 12.00 in (305 mm) wide x 10.00 in (254 mm) deep; the drawing shows a door opening of 10.52 x 14.52 in (W x H) and an overall depth of 10.82 in including the door. It ships less panel: the matching optional inner panel is EP1612 (14.20 in (361 mm) x 10.20 in (259 mm)), mounted on the collar studs provided. Shipping weight is 16 lbs (7.26 kg).

The included hardware kit supplies panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for the wall mounting holes, and a bonding stud on the door plus a grounding stud in the enclosure support grounding. Compliance at a glance:
