The DNFF254CG115 is a 254 mm filtered cooling fan kit from the DNFF Series, built for industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems that need active cooling without pulling in dust and airborne contaminants. Rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz at 0.29 amps with a free-flow air delivery of 550 CFM, it is the largest airflow rating in the series and suits panels and cabinets with substantial internal heat loads.

The kit pairs a high-quality AC fan with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter, so clean airflow helps maintain safe operating temperatures while filter media reduces dust reaching sensitive electronics. The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and this version is supplied in a gray/beige filter grille (listed as 254 mm, CON.GREY) to blend with Hammond cabinets and enclosures. Flame-retardant ABS grilles in the series are offered in Black, ANSI 61 Gray and RAL 7035 Light Gray as alternatives.

Overall assembly measures 305.00 mm [12.008 in] square with a 119.30 mm [4.697 in] side profile, and it installs into a 279.40 mm [11.000 in] square plate cutout with 16 x 6.35 mm [0.250 in] mounting holes on 139.70 mm [5.500 in] centres. The hard-wired design of DNFF254CG115 suits OEM equipment, automation and control panels where an AC plug is not wanted, and it can be run continuously or with an external thermostat. Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the product is RoHS and REACH compliant. Replacement PFF6000 standard or PLFF6000 pleated filter media (packs of 5) simplify routine maintenance.
