Hammond DNFF150CG115 150 mm Filtered Fan Kit, 230 CFM 115 VAC

DNFF150CG115 is a 150 mm filtered cooling fan kit from the Hammond DNFF Series, built to move clean air through industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems. It pairs an AC fan with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter so cooling airflow is delivered while helping reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics. The hard-wired design suits OEM equipment, industrial automation, telecommunications cabinets and control panels where a standard AC plug is not wanted, and it can be used with or without an external thermostat.

The fan is rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz at 0.24 amps and delivers 230 CFM free-flow air delivery, with a noise rating of 53 dB for this size and voltage. The kit terminates in 12-inch wire leads for direct connection into panel wiring. The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic; the flame-retardant ABS filter grille on DNFF150CG115 is supplied in a Gray/Beige finish (conduit grey) to blend with cabinets and enclosures.

The grille measures 196.00 mm [7.717 in] square with an assembly depth of 154.83 mm [6.096 in] when viewed from the side. Installation uses a 143.00 mm [5.630 in] diameter plate cutout with four 6.35 mm [0.250 in] mounting holes on 114.55 mm [4.510 in] centres, and mounting hardware is included: two panhead Taptite 10-32 x 1/2" screws, two flathead #10-32 x 1/2" screws, two flathead Taptite #10-32 x 1/2" screws and two #10-32 locktooth nuts. A metal safety guard and replaceable filter are part of the complete kit.

Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, TAA compliant, and made in Canada. Replacement filter media is available separately as PFF4000 standard media or PLFF4000 pleated media, both in packs of five, and XPFA exhaust filter grilles can be added for balanced enclosure ventilation.
