Hammond DNFF150BK115 150mm 230 CFM Filtered Fan Kit, 115 VAC

The DNFF150BK115 is a 150 mm filter fan kit from the Hammond DNFF Series, built for OEM engineers, panel builders, integrators and facilities teams who need filtered active cooling inside industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems. It pairs an AC axial fan with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter so air entering the enclosure is cleaned, helping reduce dust and airborne contaminants around sensitive electronics.

This model uses a 6.00 in (152 mm) fan rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz at 0.24 Amps, delivering 230 CFM free-flow air delivery with a noise rating of 53 dB. The front screen and back panel are ABS plastic, and the flame-retardant ABS filter grille on DNFF150BK115 is finished in Black to match Hammond cabinets and enclosures. Overall assembly footprint is 196.00 mm [7.717 in] square, and the required plate cutout is a 143.00 mm [5.630 in] diameter opening with four 6.35 mm [0.250 in] mounting holes on 114.55 mm [4.510 in] centres.

The kit ships complete with the fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard and mounting hardware: two panhead Taptite 10-32 x 1/2" screws, two flathead #10-32 x 1/2" screws, two flathead Taptite #10-32 x 1/2" screws and two #10-32 locktooth nuts. Twelve-inch wire leads support hard-wired installation, which suits control panels and permanently installed equipment where an AC plug is not desired; the fan can be used with or without an external thermostat.

Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the product is RoHS and REACH compliant. Replacement filter media is available separately as PFF4000 standard or PLFF4000 pleated media, both in packs of five.
