Hammond DNFF120CG230 120 mm 230 VAC Filter Fan Kit, 105 CFM

The DNFF120CG230 is a hard-wired filter fan kit built around a 120 mm (4.70 in) AC fan rated 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.09 Amps, with a free flow air delivery of 105 CFM. It is intended for IT, AV, controls and OEM users who need active, filtered cooling for industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems, and who prefer permanent wiring instead of a plug-in cord. This version ships with a Gray/Beige filter grille.

The kit combines the fan with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter so airflow is drawn through filter media that helps reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics. Both the front screen and the back panel of the grille assembly are ABS plastic; the DNFF Series uses a flame-retardant ABS filter grille. Each kit is supplied complete with the fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, wiring leads or cord (model dependent) and mounting hardware. For this model the drawing shows 2 foot wire leads, and the series ordering table lists a 24 inch cord for DNFF120 models.

Assembled dimensions are 150.00 mm [5.906 in] square by 61.30 mm [2.413 in] deep, with the fan itself measuring 120.00 mm [4.724 in] square. The panel cutout is 111.50 mm [4.390 in] square with four 6.00 mm [0.236 in] mounting holes on 105.00 mm [4.134 in] centres. Hardware included is 8 panhead self-tapping 10-32 x 1/2" screws and 4 speed nuts. Rated noise for this fan size is 56 dB.

DNFF120CG230 fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113, and the product is RoHS and REACH compliant. Replacement media is available separately as PFF2000 standard filter media or PLFF2000 pleated filter media (packs of 5), and complementary XPFA exhaust filter grilles support balanced enclosure ventilation. The kit can be used with or without an external thermostat.
