Hammond DNFF120CG115 120 mm 115 VAC Filtered Fan Kit, 105 CFM

The DNFF120CG115 is a complete 120 mm filtered cooling fan kit for industrial enclosures, electrical cabinets and rack systems. Rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz at 0.19 amps, it delivers 105 CFM of free flow air delivery with a noise level of 56 dB, making it suited to control panels, automation equipment and networking cabinets that need active but filtered ventilation.

The kit pairs an AC fan with an IP5X-rated replaceable filter so cooling air is drawn through filter media rather than straight into the enclosure, helping reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics. Both the front screen and back panel of the filter grille are flame-retardant ABS plastic; this part number is supplied in the Gray/Beige colour, while Black, Gray and Light Gray versions are available under separate part numbers in the same family.

Everything needed for a typical installation is included: fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, wiring (24 inch cord / 2 ft wire leads) and mounting hardware consisting of eight 10-32 x 1/2" panhead self-tapping screws and four speed nuts. The grille measures 150.00 mm [5.906 in] square with an overall depth of 61.30 mm [2.413 in] and projects 18.30 mm [0.720 in] from the panel face. It mounts to a 120.00 mm [4.724 in] square cutout with R15.00 mm corners and 6.00 mm [0.236 in] mounting holes.

DNFF120CG115 is hard-wired, so it can be run continuously or switched through an external thermostat. Replacement media is available as PFF2000 standard filters or PLFF2000 pleated filters, each in packs of five. The kit is RoHS compliant, REACH compliant and TAA compliant.
