Hammond DNFF080CG115 80 mm 115 VAC Filtered Fan Kit, 32 CFM

The DNFF080CG115 is a hard-wired filtered cooling fan kit built around an 80 mm (3.150 in) AC fan rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.09 A with a free-flow air delivery of 32 CFM. It is intended for OEM engineers, panel builders, integrators and facilities teams who need to move clean air through an industrial enclosure, electrical cabinet or equipment rack without adding a plug-in cord set. Noise is rated at 34 dB and the fan ships with 11 inch wire leads for permanent connection, so it can be wired to run continuously or switched through an external thermostat.

Construction is flame-retardant ABS plastic for both the front screen and the back panel, and this part number supplies the grille in Gray/Beige. Behind the grille sits an IP5X-rated replaceable filter that helps reduce dust and airborne contaminants reaching sensitive electronics. The complete DNFF080CG115 kit includes the fan, plastic filter grille, replaceable filter, metal safety guard, wiring leads and mounting hardware consisting of eight 10-32 x 1/2 in panhead self-tapping screws and four speed nuts.

The assembly measures 105.00 mm (4.134 in) square at the front, with a side profile of 81.32 mm (3.201 in) including the 18.30 mm (0.720 in) front grille depth and a 61.40 mm (2.417 in) body projection. Fan components are UL Recognized to UL 507 and cUL Recognized or CSA Certified to CSA-C22.2 No. 113. The kit is RoHS and REACH compliant and listed as TAA compliant, with a shipping weight of 2 lbs (0.91 kg). PFF1000 standard filter media and PLFF1000 pleated filter media are available separately in packs of five for routine maintenance.
