Hammond CSP5631BK1 32U Solid Side Panel Pair for 31.5" Deep Cabinets

CSP5631BK1 is a pair of solid side panels for the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, sized for 32U frames with a 31.50 in (800 mm) depth. Supplied in textured black paint, the panels enclose the sides of an open C2 cabinet frame so AV integrators, telecom technicians, lab and industrial equipment builders can convert a bare frame into a closed, finished cabinet.

Each pair is designed to be used with the C2F195631 cabinet frame (32U, 56.00 in / 1422 mm frame height, 31.50 in / 800 mm depth). The panels measure 55.94 in (1421 mm) by 29.98 in (762 mm) and are part of the C2 platform's interchangeable panel range, so airflow, cable routing and access options can be chosen independently of the frame itself. Within the C2 Series, doors and panels are 16-gauge steel, mounted to a 14-gauge steel cabinet frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets rated for 1500 lb.

Installation is tool-light: four slotted quarter-turn latches and a plastic handle are included with each panel, so panels can be removed for service access without dismantling the cabinet. A #10-32 x 1/2" ground stud is provided for bonding, consistent with the grounding studs found on C2 frames, doors and panels.

CSP5631BK1 ships as a pair at 78 lbs (35.38 kg), is made in Canada, and is TAA-compliant, USMCA-compliant, RoHS-compliant and REACH-compliant. A RAL 7035 light gray version of the same panel pair is offered as CSP5631LG1.
