Hammond CSP4936LG1 28U Solid Side Panel Pair for 36-Inch Deep Cabinets

CSP4936LG1 is a pair of solid side panels finished in RAL 7035 light gray textured paint, made to close in a 28U, 36 in (914 mm) deep C2 Series modular rack cabinet frame (frame C2F194936). Side panels are sold in pairs, so one order covers both sides of the cabinet. They suit AV integrators, telecom and lab technicians, and OEM or facilities teams who build C2 cabinets from separate frames, rails, doors and panels.

The C2 Series platform uses a 14-gauge steel cabinet frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. The textured powder coat finish used on the series is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental requirements. Each CSP4936LG1 panel carries a #10-32 x 1/2" ground stud, in line with the series' grounding studs on frame, doors and panels for bonding and safe installation.

Two slotted quarter-turn latches are supplied with each panel, allowing tool-free removal for service access to cabinet sides. Drawing dimensions for this panel are 48.94 in (1243 mm) and 44.57 in (1132 mm) in the front view, and 32.44 in (824 mm) and 29.19 in (741 mm) in the top view. Shipping weight for the pair is 57 lbs (25.85 kg).

Solid panels help enclose the cabinet for security and a finished appearance, and can be combined with the series' interchangeable top and bottom panels (solid, vented, fan or cable entry) and optional solid, vented or window doors to tailor airflow, visibility and access. CSP4936LG1 is manufactured in Canada, is TAA and USMCA compliant, and is classified ECCN EAR99, which supports government and regulated procurement.
