Hammond CPR85SZPL 49U Square Hole Rack Mounting Rails, Pair

The CPR85SZPL is a pair of 49U square hole punched mounting rails from the CPR Series, designed to add or replace vertical equipment mounting inside C2 and REFK Series cabinets. It is aimed at data centre and network installers, AV and IT integrators, and OEM engineers who need EIA-compliant square hole mounting positions in a cabinet frame.

Each rail is constructed in 12-gauge mild steel and finished in zinc steel plate (the drawing identifies the CPR85SZPL as painted zinc plated), giving a durable rail suited to repeated equipment changes. The front face carries silkscreened, numbered "U" markings stamped in 1U (1.75 in) increments so rack positions can be identified quickly during build-out and later moves, adds and changes.

The rails provide 49U of mounting height, with a mounting dimension height of 85.75 in (2178 mm) and an overall drawing height of 85.78 in (2179 mm). EIA spacing runs 85.25 in (2165 mm) of that length, using 0.375 in square punches so you can choose 10-32, 12-24 or M6 thread cage nuts. Shipping weight for the pair is 12 lbs (5.44 kg).

Rails bolt vertically in the cabinet and are compatible with both 19 in and 24 in rack mounting. The side of the rail can be used for rear support or accessory mounting and is compatible with server slides. Mounting hardware is included with CPR85SZPL: strut mounting hardware for both rails plus a starter quantity of 25 10-32 cage nuts.
