Hammond CPR49SZPL 28U Square Hole Rack Mounting Rail Pair

The CPR49SZPL is a pair of 28U square hole punched mounting rails from the CPR Series, intended for IT, AV and OEM installers who need to add or replace vertical mounting planes inside Hammond C2 and REFK Series cabinets. Rails are sold in pairs and ship with the mounting hardware needed to bolt both rails into place.

Each rail is constructed in 12-gauge mild steel and finished in zinc steel plate. The mounting face is punched with EIA-compliant 0.375 in square holes on typical EIA spacing, so you can choose cage nuts for 10-32, 12-24 or M6 threads to suit the equipment being installed. A starter quantity of 25 pieces of 10-32 cage nuts is included along with strut mounting hardware for both rails. The front face carries silkscreened, numbered "U" markings in 1U (1.75 in) increments to speed up layout and documentation.

This part provides 28U of mounting height with an overall rail height of 49.03 in (1245 mm) and 48.50 in (1232 mm) of EIA spacing. The L-shaped profile measures 1.22 in (31 mm) and 0.81 in (21 mm) on the top view, with obround 0.438 in x 0.750 in slots for adjustment during installation. The side of the rail can be used for rear support or accessory mounting and is compatible with server slides.

CPR49SZPL bolts vertically in the cabinet and is compatible with both 19 in and 24 in rack mounting. The part is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant, TAA compliant, made in Canada, and ships at 8 lbs (3.63 kg) per pair.
