Hammond CPR56SZPL 32U Square Hole Cabinet Mounting Rails, Pair

CPR56SZPL is a pair of 32U square hole mounting rails for Hammond C2 and REFK series cabinets. Sold in pairs, these L-shaped rails give IT integrators, AV installers and facilities teams a way to add or replace vertical mounting positions inside an existing cabinet so that servers, switches, patch panels and other 19-inch equipment can be secured at the desired depth.

Each rail is constructed in 12-gauge mild steel and finished in zinc steel plate. The punching is EIA compliant square hole (0.375 in square punch on typical EIA spacing), which lets you choose cage nuts for 10-32, 12-24 or M6 threads rather than being locked to one fastener. The front face carries silkscreened, numbered "U" markings in 1U (1.75 in) increments so equipment positions can be identified and documented quickly during build-out and later moves.

The CPR56SZPL rails provide 32U of mounting, with an overall rail height of 56.03 in (1423 mm) and EIA hole spacing of 55.50 in (1410 mm); the series ordering table lists the mounting height as 56.00 in (1422 mm). Rails bolt vertically in the cabinet using 5X obround 0.438 in x 0.750 in mounting slots at each end, and the mounting hardware is included, along with a starter quantity of 25 10-32 cage nuts. The rails are compatible with both 19 in and 24 in rack mounting, and the side of the rail can be used for rear support or accessory mounting, including server slides.
