Hammond CPR77SZPL 44U Square Hole Punched Rack Mounting Rails

The CPR77SZPL is a pair of 44U square hole punched mounting rails for C2 and REFK Series cabinets. It is intended for integrators, data centre and facilities teams and OEM engineers who need to add or replace vertical mounting rails so that servers, switches, patch panels and other rack equipment can be bolted into a cabinet on standard EIA hole spacing.

Each rail is constructed in 12-gauge mild steel and finished in zinc steel plate (the drawing identifies the CPR77SZPL finish as painted zinc plated). The front face carries silkscreened, stamped "U" markings numbered in 1U (1.75") increments, so installers can locate equipment positions and cage nuts quickly without measuring. The side of the rail is available for rear support or accessory mounting and is compatible with server slides.

This size provides 44U of mounting, with a mounting height of 77.00 in (1956 mm) and an overall rail height of 77.03 in (1957 mm) over 76.50 in (1943 mm) of EIA spacing. Punching is EIA compliant 0.375 in square hole, which allows a choice of 10-32, 12-24 or M6 thread cage nuts. The rails bolt vertically inside the cabinet and are compatible with both 19" and 24" rack mounting.

CPR77SZPL is sold in pairs and includes mounting hardware: strut mounting hardware for both rails plus a starter quantity of 25 pieces of 10-32 cage nuts. The part is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant, listed as TAA compliant, made in Canada, and ships at 12 lbs (5.44 kg).
