Hammond CPDS19BK1 1U Partial Height Flush Door Support, Black

The CPDS19BK1 is a 1U partial height door support designed for use with the Hammond C2 cabinet series only. It gives integrators, IT and facilities teams a way to install a partial height flush door in a 19-inch cabinet, closing off the panel opening cleanly where a full-height door is not wanted.

The support is constructed of 14 gauge mild steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. Mounting hardware is included with the part.

Overall dimensions are 1.73 in (44 mm) high, 19.56 in (497 mm) wide and 0.73 in (19 mm) deep, with mounting dimensions of 1.75 in (44 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide. It occupies 1.75 in (1U) of panel height and the door support itself is 0.75 in deep. The drawing shows four .19 x .38 slots for fastening. Shipping weight is 1 lb (0.45 kg).

Installation of the CPDS19BK1 requires drilling of the rack frame, so plan the door split height before assembly. Once fixed, the support provides the landing point for the partial height flush door in the C2 cabinet.
