Hammond CMCQ363612 36x36x12 in Hydro Quebec 2-Door Metering Cabinet

The CMCQ363612 is the mid-size 36 x 36 x 12 inch model in Hammond's CMC Q Series, built from heavier 14 gauge steel with double hinged doors. This Hydro Quebec version metering cabinet is designed for indoor housing of metering transformers per Hydro Quebec specifications, for contractors and installers working on metering installations in that service territory.

The enclosure measures 36 in x 36 in x 12 in (914 mm x 914 mm x 305 mm) H x W x D and is formed and spot welded from 14 gauge steel with formed edges. It has hinged covers (a 2-door cabinet per its description), and the part drawing shows a door height of 36.31 in. Two cutouts in the top of the cabinet are provided with metering plates included.

Removable inner panels are supplied with the enclosure: one CMCQP1 Accessory Plate (24.68 x 7.00 in), one CMCQP2 Universal Support Current Panel (12.76 x 13.39 in) and one CMCQP3 Universal Support Voltage Panel (25.59 x 15.01 in). It has room for a second CMCQP1 accessory plate (capacity 2), while CMCQP2 and CMCQP3 capacity stays at one each. The enclosure and cover are finished in ANSI 61 gray inside and out, and the inner panels in ANSI 61 gray powder coating.

The CMCQ363612 is CSA Type 1 and complies with IEC 60529 IP20. It is REACH and RoHS compliant, has a shipping weight of 125 lbs (56.70 kg) and ships in a box.
