The CLCBP48BK is a solid bottom panel designed specifically for CLC cabinet frames, sized for use with a 24.00 in (610 mm) wide by 48.00 in (1219 mm) deep cabinet. It closes off the base of the frame so data centre, colocation and network teams can manage airflow within the cabinet rather than losing conditioned air through an open bottom.
Construction is 14 gauge steel (mild steel), finished in RAL9005 black powder paint coat. The finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases. It is manufactured in North America.
Per the part drawing, the panel measures 45.00 in (1143 mm) overall with a 44.50 in (1130 mm) reference length, a formed edge of .41 in (10 mm) and .07 in (2 mm) material thickness, with four 2.69 in x 45° corner reliefs. Cage nuts are installed for mounting accessories, and cabinet mounting hardware is supplied in the box: the CLPKIT832-6 kit contents of six 8-32 clip nuts (black oxide finish) and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws. Shipping weight is 20 lbs (9.07 kg).
