Hammond CLCBG42BK Brush Gasket Kit for 42/48 in Deep Cabinets

The CLCBG42BK is a brush gasket kit for CLC cabinet bottom panels, intended for data centre, colocation and IT facility teams who want to close off the cable openings under a cabinet as part of an airflow management strategy. It is supplied as a pair of assemblies and is used together with a CLC bottom panel rather than on its own.

Each kit contains two brush gasket clamps and two 3" brush gasket trim pieces. The trim measures 30.00 in (762 mm) long with a 3.00 in (76 mm) brush section and a 3.44 in (87 mm) overall profile height, on a 0.21 in (5 mm) thick section. Parts are mild steel, painted black with a textured finish, matching the RAL9005 black powder paint coat used across the CLCB bottom panel series, which complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality.

CLCBG42BK is specified for 42 in and 48 in deep CLC cabinet frames that are 24.00 in (610 mm) wide, pairing with the CLCBP42BK bottom panel on a 42.00 in (1067 mm) deep cabinet and the CLCBP48BK bottom panel on a 48.00 in (1219 mm) deep cabinet. Mounting hardware is included with the kit, so no separate fastener order is required for the gasket assemblies.
