Hammond CLCBP36BK 36-Inch Deep Solid Bottom Panel for CLC Cabinets

The CLCBP36BK is a solid bottom panel designed specifically for CLC cabinet frames, intended for use with the 24.00 in (610 mm) wide by 36.00 in (914 mm) deep cabinet configuration. Data center and colocation builders, IT and AV integrators, and facilities teams use it to close off the base of an open CLC frame so that airflow can be contained and managed rather than bypassing the equipment stack.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in a RAL9005 black textured powder paint coat. The finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the panel is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and manufactured in North America.

Per the part drawing, the panel measures 33.00 in (838 mm) across with a 32.50 in (826 mm) reference dimension, a 19.25 in (489 mm) depth dimension in the top view, and a 0.41 in (10 mm) formed edge. Four 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter holes are provided for fastening, and the corners are relieved with 2.69 in x 45 degree cuts to clear the cabinet frame uprights. Cage nuts are installed for accessory attachment.

Mounting hardware ships with the panel. The box contains one bottom panel plus six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, both replaceable under CLPKIT832-6.
