Hammond C4SP7331SBK1 42U Solid Side Panel Pair, 31.5 in Deep Cabinet

The C4SP7331SBK1 is a pair of solid side panels for the Hammond C4 modular server rack cabinet system, sized for 42U frames with a 31.50 in (800 mm) depth. It is intended for data center, enterprise IT, network and colocation builds where the cabinet sides need to be closed off for separation, security and airflow containment rather than vented for thermal induction.

Each panel is fabricated from mild steel and finished in black textured powder coat, matching the C4 family of frames, doors and top panels. The C4 platform's powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance requirements. Panels are part of a modular system, so frames, rails, doors, panels and accessories can be configured to build a complete cabinet.

Per the drawing, each panel measures 73.32 in (1862 mm) high by 27.82 in (707 mm), and the assembly includes a black plastic handle and four slotted quarter-turn latches for tool-free attachment and removal. A 10-32 x 1/2 bonding stud is provided so the panel can be bonded to the cabinet frame, in line with the C4 system's grounding and bonding provisions throughout the frame, doors and panels. Quarter-turn locks are available as an option.

C4SP7331SBK1 ships as a pair with a shipping weight of 102 lbs (46.27 kg). Note that UL2416 (3000 lb) and seismic (1200 lb dynamic load) ratings apply to complete cabinets assembled by Hammond; individual components such as side panels are not rated independently. The part is TAA compliant and manufactured in North America, with a country of origin of Canada.
