The C4PR2442SZPL is a pair of 24U square-hole rack mount rails built as factory-engineered replacement and expansion rails for Hammond C4, C4RR and DCZ4 cabinet systems. This version is configured for a 19.00 in (483 mm) mounting width and a 42.00 in (1067 mm) mounting height, making it suited to IT, telecom and industrial teams who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert a cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting.
Square-hole rails in the C4PR Series are manufactured from 12-gauge steel for a rigid mounting platform for servers, switches, storage equipment, UPS systems and other rack-mounted devices. The mild steel rails carry a zinc-plated finish that provides corrosion resistance while improving electrical grounding continuity through the cabinet. Silkscreened 1U markings run the length of each rail so equipment positions and future expansion are easy to plan.
Hole pattern follows EIA-310 square-hole mounting and accepts 10-32, 12-24, 1/4-20 and M6 cage nuts, so the rails work with virtually all modern rack equipment. The drawing shows an overall rail height of 42.03 in (1068 mm) covering 24 rack units.
