Hammond C4F307731BK1 44U 30in Wide Server Cabinet Frame, 31.5in Deep

The C4F307731BK1 is a 44U open cabinet frame from the C4 Modular Server Rack Cabinet System, built for data center, enterprise IT and network infrastructure teams that want to configure a cabinet from the frame up. It measures 83.58 in (2123 mm) high including leveling feet, 30.00 in (762 mm) wide and 31.50 in (800 mm) deep, and ships as a welded assembly. This is a frame-only part: mounting rails are not included, so you choose the rail style that suits your equipment.

Construction is 14-gauge steel with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, finished in RAL9005 Black textured powder coat. When assembled by the manufacturer as a complete cabinet, the platform is a UL2416 listed rack with a 3000 lb load rating (UL file E474597) and is seismic rated to a 1200 lb dynamic load under IBC, CBC, NBC and ASCE standards. Individual components such as this frame are not UL2416 or seismic rated on their own and must be assembled into a complete cabinet to meet those certification requirements.

Usable mounting height is 77.00 in (1956 mm), equal to 44 rack units, with 29.50 in (749 mm) of usable mounting depth. C-channel struts allow infinitely adjustable mounting depth. The 30 in wide frame provides extra generous cabling space and supports up to four optional vertical cable managers. The top panel opening measures 25.92 in (658 mm) and the bottom opening 25.50 in (648 mm), both interchangeable for solid, vented or fan top options, and four 3.50 in (89 mm) cable entry holes are provided with plugs included.

Mounting provisions include four 5/16-18 leveling feet, a four-hole 0.31 in (8 mm) caster pattern, three 0.56 in (14 mm) lagging points, a 1/2-13 nut, and 1/4-20 collar studs (four on top, two on bottom). Compatible 19 in rail pairs are C4PR77SZPL (square hole) and C4PR77TZPL (tapped 10-32); 23 in pairs are C4PR7723SZPL and C4PR7723TZPL. C4F307731BK1 is TAA-compliant and made in Canada.
