Hammond C4B3036SBK1 Solid Bottom Panel for 30 x 36 in C4 Cabinets

The C4B3036SBK1 is a solid steel bottom panel made specifically for C4 cabinet frames measuring 30.00 in (762 mm) wide by 36.00 in (914 mm) deep. It closes off the base of the cabinet so that airflow can be directed through intended intake and exhaust paths rather than leaking out of the bottom of the frame, making it a practical add-on for IT, AV and industrial teams building out enclosed cabinet configurations.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel finished in black textured powder paint (RAL9005), a coating that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The panel itself measures 31.00 in (787 mm) by 25.00 in (635 mm) with a 0.07 in (2 mm) formed edge detail, and it carries six 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes on 20.00 in (508 mm), 15.50 in (394 mm) and 2.50 in (64 mm) spacings for attachment to the cabinet base.

Everything needed to install is in the box: the bottom panel plus six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, available together as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. Shipping weight is 8 lbs (3.63 kg).

C4B3036SBK1 is compatible with the C4, C4RR and DCZ4 cabinet series. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and manufactured in North America. A brushed cable-entry version of the same size is offered as C4BBCE3036BK1 if bottom cable access is required instead of a fully solid base.
