Hammond C4BBCE2431BK1 Brushed Cable Entry Bottom Panel, 24 x 31.5

The C4BBCE2431BK1 is a brushed cable entry bottom panel designed for use with cabinets measuring 24.00 in (610 mm) wide by 31.50 in (800 mm) deep. It is intended for data centre, network and AV installations built on the C4, C4RR and DCZ4 cabinet series, where the base of the frame needs to be closed off while still allowing cables to pass into the enclosure.

Construction is 14 gauge steel with a powder paint coat; this version of the panel is painted black (RAL9005). The brushed cable entry lets cable bundles enter from below while the panel encloses the cabinet base for airflow management, helping keep conditioned air in the intended path rather than bypassing equipment through an open bottom.

Per the part drawing, the panel measures 26.50 in (673 mm) across with a 19.00 in (483 mm) dimension, a 12.00 in (305 mm) by 2.36 in (60 mm) cable entry area, a 7.49 in (190 mm) dimension, 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes and 0.07 in (2 mm) material thickness.

Mounting hardware is included in the box. Each C4BBCE2431BK1 ships with the bottom panel, six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, all replaceable as kit CLPKIT832-6.

The panel is made from mild steel, manufactured in North America with Canada as the country of origin, is USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality.
