Hammond C2T2423VFBK1 4-Grill Vented Fan Top Panel, 4.7 in Openings

The C2T2423VFBK1 is a vented fan grill top panel from the C2TF Series, intended for IT, network, telecom, AV and broadcast teams who need airflow through the top of a rack cabinet without committing to a factory pre-wired fan assembly. It is supplied with four 4.70 in (119 mm) fan grill positions, so the panel can vent passively as installed or accept 4 in fans later as heat loads grow. Fans are not included; DNFK4AC120 tube axial fans are sold separately.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with a RAL9005 black textured powder coat finish. The powder coat is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance programs. The panel measures 25.00 in (635 mm) by 15.00 in (381 mm) overall per the part drawing and ships at 5 lbs (2.27 kg). The light gray equivalent of this panel is C2T2423VFLG1.

Unlike the open-cutout versions of the series, this fan grill configuration has no cable entry provision and no thermostat, making it a straightforward choice where the top panel's job is venting and optional fan mounting. Mounting hardware is included: the CLPKIT832-6 kit provides 8-32 U-clip nuts that install on the cabinet frame and 8-32 x 1/2 screws that secure the panel; only a Phillips screwdriver is needed.

C2T2423VFBK1 is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK and CLC cabinet series; H1 cabinets require the H1TC Series for mounting. The part is TAA-compliant and manufactured in Canada, is cRUus recognized per its listed standards, and is USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant with ECCN EAR99 for export screening.
