Hammond C2T2423F4BK1 4-Fan Pre-Wired Cabinet Top, 400 CFM, Black

The C2T2423F4BK1 is a factory pre-wired fan top panel for rack cabinets, built for IT, network, telecom, AV and broadcast installations that need active cooling at the top of the enclosure. It replaces a plain cabinet top with a powered exhaust assembly, pulling heat out of the cabinet so dense equipment stacks run in a more stable thermal envelope.

The panel is fabricated from 14-gauge mild steel with a black RAL9005 powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental requirements. The fan assembly uses long-life, ball bearing 4" AC fans rated 115 volts, 50/60 Hz, drawing 0.77 amps, with a free flow air delivery of 400 CFM and a published sound level of 64 dB. A 6-foot power cord is fitted, and this version is supplied without an adjustable thermostat and without cable entry grommets.

Overall panel dimensions are 635.00 mm [25.000 in] by 381.00 mm [15.000 in]. Mounting hardware is included: 6 round head 8-32 x 1/2" screws and 6 speed nuts (CLPKIT832-6 cabinet mounting hardware). Installation follows the series top panel procedure — install the 8-32 U-clip nuts on the cabinet frame, set the top panel assembly in place, loosely start the provided screws, then tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.

C2T2423F4BK1 is part of the C2TF Series, designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series (H1 requires the H1TC Series for mounting). The assembly is cURus Recognized to UL507 and CSA C22.2 No. 113, is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, with RoHS and REACH compliance declared.
