Hammond C2T1936SLG1 20 x 28.25 in Solid Steel Cabinet Top Panel

The C2T1936SLG1 is a solid steel top panel for rack cabinets, measuring 20.00 in (508 mm) wide by 28.25 in (718 mm) deep and finished in RAL7035 textured light gray. It is intended for IT and network teams, data center operators, AV integrators and industrial users who need to close off the top of a cabinet so airflow follows a defined path rather than leaking out through the roof.

Panels in the C2TS Series use 14-gauge steel construction for durable enclosure protection and long-term reliability. The solid design seals the cabinet top, prevents unwanted air leakage, and keeps dust, debris and contaminants from entering the enclosure from above. Because there is no cable cut-out or vent, C2T1936SLG1 suits installations where cabling is routed through rear or bottom entry points.

Each panel ships with the mounting hardware needed to install it: one top panel, six 8-32 clip nuts (black oxide finish) and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc-plated machine screws, all available as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. Assembly instructions (BUL86698) cover the clip nut and screw arrangement. Shipping weight is 7 lbs (3.18 kg).

The C2T1936* footprint is listed for C2 cabinets 23.00 in wide x 36.00 in deep and C4 cabinets 24.00 in wide x 42.00 in deep. The C2TS Series is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series, with H1 cabinets requiring the H1TC Series for mounting.

The panel is made from mild steel, is RoHS and REACH compliant, TAA-compliant and USMCA compliant, and is manufactured in Canada to support government procurement requirements.
