Hammond C2T1931F4LG1 400 CFM 4-Fan Cabinet Top Panel, Light Gray

The C2T1931F4LG1 is a factory pre-wired fan top panel from the C2TF Series, built to add active cooling to a rack cabinet from above. It carries four 4.70 in (119 mm) ball bearing AC fans wired to a 6 ft power cord, delivering 400 CFM of free flow air at a rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.77 amps. It is intended for IT, network, telecom, AV and broadcast teams that need to move heat out of a loaded cabinet without rebuilding the enclosure.

Construction is 14-gauge steel with an ASA61 light gray powder coat finish; the drawing lists the top as painted steel and the material is mild steel. The same assembly is offered in RAL9005 black as C2T1931F4BK1, so the light gray C2T1931F4LG1 can be matched to existing cabinet colours. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the part is REACH compliant and TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America.

Overall panel dimensions are 603.25 mm (23.750 in) by 508.00 mm (20.000 in), with a 38.85 mm (1.530 in) profile. Per the series cabinet compatibility table, the C2T1931 top size suits C2 cabinets 23.00 in wide by 31.50 in deep and C4 cabinets 24.00 in wide by 36.00 in deep. The C2TF Series is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series; H1 requires the H1TC Series for mounting.

Mounting is straightforward: install 8-32 U-clip/speed nuts on the cabinet frame, set the panel in place, then tighten the supplied 8-32 x 1/2 in round head screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Six screws and six speed nuts ship with the panel. This version has no thermostat and no cable entry grommets; thermostat-controlled and cable entry variants are listed elsewhere in the series.
