Hammond C2T1931F4BK1 400 CFM Pre-Wired 4-Fan Cabinet Top Panel, Black

The C2T1931F4BK1 is a factory pre-wired fan top panel for rack cabinets, supplying active cooling to enclosures used in data centers, IT rooms, network and telecom rooms, and AV or broadcast racks. It carries four 4.70 in (119 mm) long-life, ball-bearing AC fans that are wired at the factory and terminated in a 6 ft power cord, so the panel is ready to plug in once it is mounted. Rated free flow air delivery is 400 CFM with a noise level of 64 dB.

Construction is 14-gauge steel with a painted steel top; this part is finished in RAL9005 black powder coat, a finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The same panel is offered in ASA61 light gray as C2T1931F4LG1 and in beige as C2T1931F4CG1. Base material is mild steel.

Panel dimensions from the drawing are 23.750 in (603.25 mm) by 20.000 in (508.00 mm), with a 1.530 in (38.85 mm) profile height. According to the series cabinet compatibility table, the C2T1931 fan top size suits C2 cabinets of 23.00 in width and 31.50 in depth and C4 cabinets of 24.00 in width and 36.00 in depth. The series is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK and CLC cabinet series, with H1 requiring the H1TC Series for mounting.

Mounting hardware ships with the panel: six 8-32 x 1/2 in round head screws and six speed nuts (CLPKIT832-6 cabinet mounting hardware). Installation is a Phillips screwdriver job "install the U-clip nuts on the cabinet frame, set the top panel on the frame, start the 8-32 screws loosely, then tighten. C2T1931F4BK1 is cURus Recognized to UL507 and CSA C22.2 No. 113, TAA-compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant. This version has no thermostat and no cable entry grommets.
