Hammond C2RR197831LG1 45U Welded Steel Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

The C2RR197831LG1 is a 45U welded steel rack cabinet from the C2RR Rapid Rack series, finished in RAL 7035 Light Gray textured powder coat. It ships fully assembled, so AV integrators, lab and test technicians, telecom crews and industrial maintenance teams can position it and begin mounting equipment without on-site frame assembly. The series is intended for general-purpose installations where equipment is fixed-mounted rather than carried on sliding server rails.

Construction is a 14-gauge welded steel frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. A C-channel strut design adds frame strength while allowing flexible rail positioning. The cabinet arrives with a flush-mounted solid door with quarter-turn lock (usable as a front or rear door), a solid top cover plate, a pair of removable solid side panels with quarter-turn latches, and two pairs of tapped combination mounting rails. Grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels support bonding, and the interchangeable top panel allows cable entry, ventilation or fan integration depending on configuration.

Overall dimensions are 23.00 in (584 mm) wide by 31.50 in (800 mm) deep, with an overall height of 86.91 in (2208 mm) including leveling feet in the series table and a nominal listed height of 86.06 in (2186 mm). Two sets of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 10-32 threaded combination rails are included, along with a starter pack of 10-32 mounting hardware (SCREW1032-25). Factory-installed nylon leveling feet with 5/16-18 thread handle uneven floors, and 1/4-20 caster mounting provisions allow a mobile build-out. C2RR197831LG1 is TAA-compliant, made in Canada, and RoHS and REACH compliant.
