Hammond C2RR197823LG1 45U Light Gray Welded Rack Cabinet, 23.6 in Deep

The C2RR197823LG1 is a 45U welded steel rack cabinet from the C2RR Rapid Rack series, finished in RAL 7035 Light Gray textured powder coat. It ships fully assembled, so AV integrators, lab and test technicians, industrial controls builders and telecom crews can place it and begin loading equipment with no on-site cabinet assembly. It is intended for fixed-mounted equipment rather than sliding-rail servers.

Construction is a 14-gauge welded mild steel frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. A C-channel strut design adds frame strength while allowing flexible rail positioning. The cabinet includes one flush-mounted solid locking door with a quarter-turn lock (usable as a front or rear door), a solid top panel that is interchangeable for cable entry, ventilation or fan panels, and a removable solid side panel pair with quarter-turn latches. The bottom is open for cable routing from below, and grounding studs are provided on the frame, doors and panels for bonding.

Overall size is 86.06 in x 23 in x 23.63 in (2,186 mm x 584 mm x 600 mm); the series table lists 86.91 in (2208 mm) overall height including leveling feet. Usable mounting space is 78.81 in (2002 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 21.63 in (549 mm) deep, giving 45U of EIA-310 mounting.

Two sets of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 10-32 tapped combination mounting rails in 12-gauge steel are supplied, along with a starter pack of 10-32 mounting hardware (SCREW1032-25). Factory-installed nylon leveling feet use a 5/16-18 thread, with 1/4-20 caster mounting provisions and 0.50 in (13 mm) lagging points in the base for fixed or mobile installation. C2RR197823LG1 is TAA-compliant, manufactured in Canada, and RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant.
