Hammond C2RR194223LG1 24U Welded Steel Rack Cabinet, 1500 lb Capacity

The C2RR194223LG1 is a 24U welded steel rack cabinet from the C2RR Rapid Rack series, finished in RAL 7035 Light Gray textured powder coat. It is built for AV, lab, telecom and industrial installations where equipment is fixed-mounted and a strong, straightforward 19 inch cabinet is needed without on-site assembly. The cabinet ships fully assembled and welded, so it can be positioned, leveled and loaded immediately.

Construction is a 14-gauge welded mild steel frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. A C-channel strut design adds frame strength while allowing flexible rail positioning and equipment mounting. Grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels support bonding, and the textured powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

Overall dimensions are 50.16 in high (including leveling feet) x 23.00 in wide x 23.62 in deep, with a nominal listed size of 49.31 in x 23 in x 23.63 in (1,252 mm x 584 mm x 600 mm). Usable mounting space is 42.06 in high x 19.00 in wide x 21.63 in deep, giving 24 rack units. Shipping weight is 162 lbs (73.48 kg).

C2RR194223LG1 includes two pairs of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 10-32 tapped combination mounting rails in 12-gauge steel, plus a starter pack of 10-32 mounting hardware (SCREW1032-25). A flush-mounted solid door with quarter-turn lock can be used front or rear, removable solid side panels with quarter-turn latches ease access, and the interchangeable solid top panel allows cable entry, ventilation or fan panel changes. The open bottom design routes cable from below, and factory-installed nylon leveling feet (5/16-18 thread) include 1/4-20 caster mounting provisions and lagging points. The cabinet is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America.
