Hammond C2RR194231LG1 24U Welded Steel Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

The C2RR194231LG1 is a 24U welded steel rack cabinet finished in RAL7035 Light Gray textured powder coat, built for general-purpose equipment installations that need strength, durability and simple deployment. It ships fully assembled, so AV integrators, lab technicians, telecom installers and industrial maintenance teams can place it and begin mounting equipment without on-site cabinet assembly.

Construction is a 14-gauge welded mild steel frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. A C-channel strut design adds frame strength while allowing flexible rail positioning and equipment mounting. The cabinet includes one flush-mounted solid locking door with a quarter-turn lock (usable as a front or rear door), one solid top panel and a removable pair of solid side panels with quarter-turn latches for access during installation and service.

Overall dimensions are 50.16 in (1274 mm) high including leveling feet, 23.00 in (584 mm) wide and 31.50 in (800 mm) deep, with usable mounting space of 42.06 in (1068 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 29.50 in (749 mm) deep. Two sets of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 10-32 tapped combination mounting rails in 12-gauge steel are supplied, along with a starter pack of 10-32 mounting hardware (SCREW1032-25).

The open bottom supports cable entry from below, the interchangeable top panel accommodates cable entry, ventilation or fan integration, and grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels support bonding. Factory-installed nylon leveling feet (5/16-18 thread) handle uneven floors, with 1/4-20 caster mounting provisions and lagging points for fixed or mobile installs.
