Hammond C2BPCE1923BK1 23-Inch Deep Microcell Cable Gland Bottom Panel

The C2BPCE1923BK1 is a microcell cable gland bottom panel designed specifically for Hammond C2 cabinet frames, sized for frames in the C2F19xx23xx group (19" wide, 23" deep). It is intended for IT and AV integrators, data centre and facilities teams, and OEM engineers who need to close off the base of an open cabinet frame while still routing cable into the enclosure from below.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in RAL9005 black powder paint coat. The same panel is offered in RAL7035 light gray as C2BPCE1923LG1, so black and gray cabinets can be matched across a room. The powder coat complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant, and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases.

Closing the bottom of the cabinet is part of proper airflow management: with the base enclosed, conditioned air is drawn through the intended path rather than leaking in or out under the frame. The microcell (cable gland) pattern in the panel allows cabling to pass through the base of the cabinet.

Per the part drawing, the panel measures 17.69" across and 11.94" deep, with a 2.88" and 1.50" stepped profile, a 3.50" section, an 11.50" reference dimension and .06" material callout, plus four 0.22" diameter holes and 15.75" hole centres. Each C2BPCE1923BK1 ships with one bottom panel and the CLPKIT832-6 cabinet mounting hardware: six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5" zinc plated machine screws, so no separate fastener order is required.

Shipping weight is 4 lbs (1.81 kg). The panel is manufactured in North America, with Canada given as the country of origin.
