Hammond C2BBCE1931LG1 31 in Deep Brushed Cable Bottom Panel, Gray

The C2BBCE1931LG1 is a brushed cable-entry bottom panel designed specifically for C2 cabinet frames. It is intended for data centre, network and AV installers who need to close off the base of an open cabinet frame while still routing cable bundles in from below. The brushed opening lets cables pass through and then closes around them, so the cabinet base stays enclosed for airflow management.

Construction is 14 gauge steel, listed as mild steel, finished in a powder paint coat. This version is the RAL7035 light gray finish; the same panel is also offered in RAL9005 black as C2BBCE1931BK1. The paint finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases. It is manufactured in North America, with Canada given as the country of origin.

Per the drawing, the panel measures 18.50 in (470 mm) by 17.69 in (449 mm) overall, with a 14.00 in (356 mm) brushed cable-entry opening and 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes. The ordering table pairs C2BBCE1931LG1 with C2F19xx31xx cabinet frames, matching 31 in deep C2 frames.

Mounting hardware is included in the box: one bottom panel, six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc-plated machine screws. That hardware is also available separately as replacement kit CLPKIT832-6, so spares can be ordered without buying another panel. The panel is compatible with the C2 and C2RR cabinet series.
