Hammond C2BBCE1931BK1 31-Inch Frame Brushed Cable Bottom Panel, Black

The C2BBCE1931BK1 is a brushed cable entry bottom panel from the Hammond C2B Series, designed to close off the base of a C2 or C2RR series cabinet frame while still allowing cables to pass into the enclosure. It is intended for data centre, network closet and AV rack builds where the bottom of the cabinet must be enclosed for airflow management but bottom cable entry is still required. This panel is specified for use with the C2F19xx31xx cabinet frame.

Construction is 14 gauge mild steel, finished in RAL9005 black powder paint. The paint finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases. It is manufactured in North America (country of origin CA).

Per the part drawing, the panel measures 18.50 in (470 mm) by 17.69 in (449 mm) overall, with a 14.00 in (356 mm) reference dimension across the panel and 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes. Shipping weight is 8 lbs.

Each C2BBCE1931BK1 ships with the mounting hardware needed to attach it to the cabinet frame: six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, which are also available as the CLPKIT832-6 replacement hardware kit. Because the enclosing panel restricts uncontrolled air movement at the cabinet base, it helps maintain intended front-to-rear airflow paths through the equipment.
