Hammond ACEP2020 20 in Square Aluminum Optional Panel for ACE Enclosure

The ACEP2020 is the optional aluminum panel for the square 20 in x 20 in size of the ACE Series aluminum command enclosure. In the series ordering table it is paired with the ACE20208LG, which is 20.00 in high, 20.00 in wide and 8.00 in deep. It is intended for integrators and OEM builders fitting out suspension-mounted operator enclosures who need a plate for internal components.

The ACE Series rear door has provisions for mounting an optional panel, and quarter turn latches on that door provide internal access. The ACEP2020 is the plate sized for the 20 x 20 body.

Its nominal size is 20 in x 20 in x 0.25 in (508 mm x 508 mm x 6 mm), and it ships at 9 lbs (4.08 kg). The part drawing shows a plate of 17.13 in by 15.63 in, sheet thickness of 0.08 in, 0.27 in diameter mounting holes, and hole centres at 14.50 in and 14.88 in.

The panel is listed under UL File E65324 and is marked RoHS compliant and REACH compliant. It carries UPC 623980289151 and UNSPSC 39121324. The ACE enclosure it pairs with is designed to enclose electronic controls, instruments and components in indoor environments where dirt, dust, oil and water may be present, with full front mounting space for an operator interface.
